Let Kit send thank-you emails on your behalf.

One of the most effective ways of connecting with customers is to send a personalized email thanking them for their purchase. This creates a special experience that your customers will love. It also helps you create a relationship with your customers, which can lead to repeat customers. 

Did you know Kit can send thank-you emails for you in just 2 steps? 

  • If you haven't already, review both the new customer and repeat customer emails prepared for you in the link below. Don't worry – this shouldn't take long. 
  • Next, be sure to specify if you want Kit to automatically send the emails or if you want Kit to message you asking for permission to send after each purchase. 

To set Kit up to send thank-you emails, go to your Kit dashboard > Adjustments > Thank you Emails to approve the emails.
